Delivery + Returns

Hand-poured and delivered directly from our Brisbane (AU) studio. 

Standard Delivery is $10 or free for orders $100 and above. Delivery is between 3 to 7 business days. International shipping is available. Cost vary and is calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary but usually between 5 to 20 working days. Shipping to new Zealand is usually between 4 to 11 working days. Check with your local customs office for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes that may apply as policies vary by country. You may experience slightly longer times during peak periods (Holidays or Sales). 

Returns + Exchange:  At Flerre, we want your experience with us to be as smooth as silk, therefore, all of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our products, however, used products cannot be returned or refunded. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sale and Custom items are non-refundable. To return an item, please send an email to hello@flerre.com with the title “RETURN” , your order number and details of the return. Please allow up to 1 week from receipt of the return to process refunds. Shipping costs for returning the item are non-refundable.

While we take great care in packaging every order, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item so we can assist with a replacement or refund with shipping cost included.
